gym outing today... hmms.. not supposed tos go for gym.. but went anw.. over-obsessive abt exercise?? ya.. a little.. but nvm.. reach the gym.. wahh.. fell lyk i've taken an overdose of polarax.. so no longer got mood to exercise.. oh well.. nvm.. saw some ppl.. bahh.. waddya expect.. its lyk.. HOUGANG.. so.. guaranteed meet pri sch friends right?? haiz.. kinda surprised to see at the gym tho.. since its HER.. hmm.. bet its cos of the weights room.. YUP.. its definitely cos of the weights room.. sumtimes i really woner wth she's doing with her life.. but nvm.. i shant bother..
so anw.. we signed in n all.. blahblahblah.. iqah n jill realised tt they didnt have a towel.. blahblahblah.. they had to buy one.. blahblahblah.. almost all the machines were taken.. so we decided to fool abt.. walk here walk there.. kind of thingg.. tried out sum stuff.. looked ubrerr retarded.. tt kind of stuff.. then we decided to split up.. n i'm with.. KAII.. yeahh.. the perfect person..
so decided to get here to use this weirdd machine.. n get her to run 1.6.. n lyk cos its SELF-POWERED.. so lyk everytime kaii stops.. the machine goes.. PAUSE.. then it'll off.. n then i have to reset the whole thingg.. *well i had to reset it cos if kaii resets it.. hmm.. bet she'll do sumthing weirdd to it.. n not run properly.. tsktsktsk..
anw.. she stopped.. so i had to reset it 3 times... she only ran 2 rounds.. haiz.. nvm.. then we got her to cycle 1.6.. in 9mins... ok lah.. could have been better.. but nvm.. roy n iqah cycled 2.4 in 4mins.. haha.. WAY TO GO PALAS.. woots.. :)).. anw.. then we went crazy over the canoe-ing machine thingger.. :)) can totally imagine encik on it.. haiz.. miss ex-sec 4s.. anw.. back to 290406..
so kaii tried it out.. she was happy cos it didnt really hurt her legs.. while everything else did.. haiz.. i really wonder y her legs are always injured.. it's keeping her frm. exercising.. haiz..
oh well.. nvm.. got her to use the treadmill. whee :)).. she has this phobia of treadmills cos she fell once.. hmms.. so she used that as an excuse to hold onto the railings thingerr by the side n all.. bahh.. she kept cheating.. when she's tired.. she lift herself up for awhile.. KAII
oh well.. she refused to let me increase the speed.. so she was stuck at 6.5 which is lyk walking speed.. her timing for 3 rounds was lyk.. 10mins.. haiz.. so then.. jiau came along with a brilliant idea... we cover the thingerr such that she couldnt see how fast she's running.. then increase the speed to 8.. then cos she cant bear to let go of the railing.. she couldnt move the towel.. so she was lyk.. JIAU!!!.. WAD SPEED AM I AT?? WAD SPEED AM I AT?? JIAU.. U SO EVILL.. tt kind of thingg..
oh well.. she stopped after one round.. cos she had a stitch of sumthing.. n jiau n shinn disappeared sumwhere.. oh well..
so me n jill started kaii off again.. made her run her last 2 rounds.. she kept complaining.. but nvm.. her last round was the best.. a time of 3mins +++ ..
haiz.. really very worried for her.. cos she takes 22mins to run 2.4 which is a fail.. which is damn sadd.. n sec 4s want her to aim for a silver.. n 2.4 is in 2 weeks time.. i seriously wonder if she can pass.. last yr she pass by ONLY 3 secs.. haiz..
nvm lah.. nxt week we're gonna force her to run lyk madd.. hmm.. tt sounds kinda harsh.. but nvm.. so lyk tues run 1.6... wed run 1.6... thurs run 1.6... fri run 1.6... sat run 2.4... then the rest of the days leading up to napfa let her rest *so she cant complain abt DOMS..
so we're thinking off to platmates run 1 round with her.. haiz.. the things we do to help her.. oh well.. running on the track in the morning 3mins after waking up is pretty funn.. *cos u kinda realise ur running only after the 1st round.. abit weird?? ya i noe.. but nvm..
anw.. after kaii ran n ran n ran.. we decided to do weights together.. :)).. but cos lyk.. the weights area.. only got guys there.. so we just lyk gathered arnd the assisted pull-up area arnd there.. lol.. it was sooo funn.. :)).. lyk u put the weights REALLY REALLY REALLY HEAVY.. lyk many many times ur weight.. n lyk u'll float up n down.. so funn.. but u really dont feel lyk ur exercising.. so i persuaded jiau to reduce all the way to the first one.. 25 i think.. no more flosting up n down.. at 25.. u really need to pull... oh well.. nvm.. it was fun.. *especially fun to see jiau bobbing up n down..n since it was lyk at 100 i think.. n jiau lyk kinda jumped off the machine thingger.. she shocked everyone when the weights fell.. JIAU!!!..
but nvm.. then iqah was trying to get everyone to do this weirdd thinggy.. n she was lyk.. OH MANN.. NAD CAN DO!!.. NAD CAN DO!!.. n then jiau could do too.. n iqah was all demoralised.. so she decided to try again.. haha.. it was really funny.. she looked really cute.. but her face looked.. SEVERELY constipated... haha.. then we went to life weights.. then the guys were all shoo-ing us away frm. the mirror.. OMG.. SO EGO.. LIFT WEIGHTS ALSO MUST LOOK AT YOURSELF.. oh well.. the weights were kinda funn.. n all.. n kaii was all happy.. u noe.. i think kaii is happier trng her arm muscles than her leg muscles.. HMMS.. oh well.. then iqah was all poke poke poking my stomach.. n tt kind of thing.. blahblahblah..
then we went off.. they decided to come over.. hmms..
oh well..
then roy decided to go change n all.. she took such a long time.. we thought she fell into the toilet bowl.. turns out.. she lost a pin.. hmms..
hen we walked to my house n all.. blahblahblah.. nothing interesting.. told them to mind their valuables cos we'll be passing by these weirdd path which is right beside a longkang n usually ppl drop stuff while walking by... lol.. batch-rayaing.. everyone's on high heels n they're walking on such a narrow path.. haha.. reall funny.. n the thing is u cant touch the railings.. COS THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING..
anw.. we got to my house with no one falling or losng their balance or losing their valuables.. which is gd :))..
blah.. my house.. nothing interesting.. they thought i made the milo.. they didnt realise i just cut open a couple of milo packets n poured it in a cup.. n they were all.. OH CHEH.. NO WONDER.. haha.. blahblahblahblah.. they went off..
then went to sch to meet wei ling n erika for rs.. hmms..
blahblahblah.. usual rs stuff.. started survey.. blahblahblah..
then erika persuaded a security guard to give her the keys for blk e 4th lvl cos she wanted to open 205.. blahblahblah.. the key didnt work.. wanted to attempt to pick the lock.. didnt have anything.. sadly.. then tried all the diff keys.. n finally... blk e 107 worked.. which is rather weirdd.. but nvm..
OH.. AND ALL THE KEYS FIT THE LOCK BUT U CANT TURN THE KEY.. lyk.. we tried all the keys for blk e 4th lvl.. n they all fit.. but they didnt work.. then we used blk e 106 key.. fit but didnt work.. last resort use blk e 107.. WHEEE.. we got in..
the aircon was on n all.. n erika tried to make anna feel guilty.. n tt kind of thing.. n we decided to be nice ppl n return the keys to the security guard.. :))..
went back to jblk to find a hardworking wei ling.. busy typing out the survey.. wow.. i have such a responsible rs leader.. oh well..
